GLK Marine Logistics provides customised terminal and port haulage across our European gateways, moving fuels, lubricants and packaged petroleum products from the quayside to the final destination or storage facility, and completing the last mile.
Fully licensed and bonded, and ADR-compliant for dangerous goods, GLK Marine Logistics moves cargo in and out of the region’s ports, oil terminals, depots and rail terminals.
Our drayagde services
Drayage plays a crucial role in the larger shipping process. Our services include transferring shipping containers from ship decks and securely loading them onto chassis for further transport.
Most units are standard 20- or 40-foot containers and ISO tank containers, and we provide chassis for them on a daily rental basis. Some cargo is out-of-gauge or requires open-top equipment. GLK Marine Logistics handles these oversized and hazardous consignments, which often need special permits and escorts to move safely.

Out of gauge transport
Out of gauge (OOG) cargo exceeds standard shipping container dimensions in length, width, height, or all three. Our experienced team ensures the safe transport of your OOG freight, handling the unique challenges it presents with expertise.
What is drayage?
Terminal haulage plays a vital role in the energy supply chain, moving crude, refined products, lubricants and drummed cargo from their country of origin into Europe. Once that cargo arrives at the port in tankers or ISO tanks, drayage haulage moves it on to the refinery, depot or end user.
